<li>豆腐块均匀切成片，每片大约半指厚</li>
<li>油烧热，八角炸之，滑入豆腐煎之</li>
<li>一面煎到金黄色后，翻之煎之</li>
<li>两面金黄后，撒入葱花和食盐</li>
<li>起锅，食之</li>
